I have been so very lucky the last few weeks that where I live/work and my family and friends have not been hit by the floods that have ripped through our town/surrounds. Its been an absolutely horrible occurence with so much destruction and devastatingly there has also been lives lost, with many still missing. My heart goes out to all those people that have lost everything or lost someone they love. :tears: But we are Aussies and we will survive and pull through and be even better on the otherside! Today is our day of celebration - I have a fridge full of booze and friends coming round later....perfect way to spend the day!! :party: :boogie

I feel like I am finally coming into my own, coming out of my shell....being comfortable with who I am and how I look and not caring if I don't fit into the 'norms' of society. I love slipping on my skinny jeans and cute t-shirt and looking in the mirror and saying "I look gooood" and not worry bout - "Should I really be wearing this?" or "Will people think I look fat?" or the old fave "good grief you can see my slight muffin top or bra fat bulge!" I award this new look on life to my new job - I no longer feel like I'm being stiffled...that I can be loud when I wanna be loud, be rude or crude or funny whenever I want to be - and its not frow
